to granddaughter ann cooper £30, to be put out in interest if my lease in the living which i hold at over wallop of mr john wallis be expired.
if ann cooper die before the age of 21 years then the £30 to be equally divided between my son robert headen and my daughter susannah holloway.
if my daughter should die my granddaughter hester holloway shall have her mothers share.
