to my wife ann all my messuage and lands and personal goods for her life
to my son william the south part of the dwelling house in which he now lives and keeps school in church croft in hungerford and the middle tenement thereunto enjoying for ever after the death of my wife
as the last mentioned dwelling has sometime since been divided into 3 tenements the north end or tenement now in possesion of henry ambrose to my daughter mary miller
to my daughter mary miller my messuage in high street now in the occupation of jane popejoy
