will of edward mills of hungerford gentleman aged fifity years and upwards
to my loving daughter dorothy mills for her life £29 per annum out of the estate which i have in chitterne co wilts, in which her life is. in which by this will i do ordain etc 1 month after she reach the age of 21 years.
to my sons john mills, francis mills, thomas mills, and samuell mills and my daughter ann mills £100 each at the age of 21 years.
in the meantime my executor shall provide them with meat, drink etc.
to my loving son edward mills all my lands of inheritance that decend to him after the death of joane blake his grandmother.
to my wife dorothy mills and my son edward mills all the rest of my messuages, houses, lands, tenements etc and all my leases and estates for years with all my goods, money, plate etc and to be joint executors.
to my mother, mother in law, brothers and sisters that are now living, to my kinsman edward bernaby, to my friend edward roe? 13s-4d each to buy them rings.
