to my wife my present house for her lifetime and after her death to my nephew richard son of my brother richard sare clerke during the full term of my lease
remits all debts to brother richard sare and 10s, to brother thomas 10s and to every one of his children 5s each
to my sister burden 10s and to each of her children 5s
to my sister elizabeth sharpus £5
to my sister langfeilde's children george and charles £10 each
my nephew and present apprentice richard sare
my 2 brothers richard and thomas and 3 sisters elizabeth sharpus, alice green, ursula langfielde.
overseers: thomas gunter esq of newbury, mr jethro tull, charles blunt physician and thomas buller [recte butler ?] ironmonger.
