if all my children mentioned shall die then half their potions to joan my wife and half to be divided amongst my other children

to joan my wife all the estate which i have in the manor and farm of denford with the corn mills and fulling mills copyhold rights and commodities with all the demains appertaining. she to enjoy the farm according to the agreement made between mr fraunces chock and me and sir anthony hungerford kt and richard abridges and mr john winchcombe esq. the said agreement was after this manner, that i elis wolridge should enjoy and occupy the said farm and manor of denford milles copyholdes for my life and three years next following my decease and i to pay mr fraunces chocke for his good will and in the name of a fine 50 sheep which he had delivered by fore (?) john eden. and the witnesses to the present agreement was mr. john hungerford, mr edward hungerford, mr masters, mr blunt, john eden, robert brabant, john goldwyne, thomas knight and john harvey with divers others.
to joan connor my sister 40s every year for 3 years after my decease if she so long do live. all legacies given before to my children out of my goods at large and abroad and not out of household stuff in any house and houses which i bequeth wholly to my wife joan
