1) will of edmund withers of inkpen, yeoman [original will - also in register K]
dated 6 july 1609, sick in body
to my father and mother the self same deed of gift which was in former time made over to me by my father.
also 2 acres of my best wheat, 2 acres of barley, 40 of my best sheep, my best mare or gelding the heriot being first paid.
to the 3 children of my sister margery 3 sheep each
to the 3 children of my sister agnes 3 sheepe each
to richard chidsdale als hidden one lease which i have taken for me and my assigns of or in the tenement wherein my father and mother now dwell in inkpen for the term of 21 years in reversion next after the decease of my father and mother which lease i do presently deliver into the hands or custody of my uncle robert holloway for the use of my cousin richard as aforesaid.
