if john seymor refuses to act as executor then my son in law thomas pinnell to be sole executor
john seymor to loose all legacies and bequests and his portion to be distributed amond the 3 children of my other 3 sons in law
whereas john seymor stands bound to me in the sum of £80 for the true payment of £40 within 1 year after my decease which is my only and whole portion of money wherewith therse legacies are to be paid then, the bond is to be annulled provided that all the lagacies are duly paid
