to my brother charles young my mansion house and farm called whatcomb
to my brother roger young my 2 farms called blagroves and shortnam and all other my estate in lamborn woodlands and after his decease to my brother charles young, and after the decease of my 2 borthers to my nephew charles young, son of my brother charles young and his heirs for ever.
