my 1/2 acre of arable land in pidden to my son richard for his life and then to my grandson richard byrd son of the said richard for his life and after his decease to william byrd my grandson another son of richard byrd and to his heirs forever and in default to of such heirs to jonathan byrd another son of my son richard
to my son jonathan my dwelling house in sanden fee now in the possession of the said jonathan and his heirs forever
my household goods to be equally divided between my sons richard and jonathan after the death of my now wife hester
richard and jonathan my sons to be joint executors
