will of william coxhead of hungerford mercer, dated 20 november 1725
to my wife elizabeth all that cottage or dwelling house in church croft in hungerford where i now dwell and also all those 2 cottages or dwelling houses in church lane now in the occupation of john viner and shadrick gibbs as tenants unto me
to hold until my youngest child reaches the age of 15 years
to my eldest son william the house in church croft after my youngest child is 15 to him and his heirs forever
to my wife elizabeth the house in which shadrick gibbs now dwells after my youngest child is 15 for her life
to my son richard the house in which john viner dwells after my youngest child is 15
to my son john £2 to be paid by richard on entering the house given to him
to my son jospeh's assigns the house in which shadrick gibbs dwells after the decease of my wife to him and his heirs for ever
