to my wife mary pool all my freehold messuages, tenemants, lands and hereditaments situate in great britain, her heirs and assigns for ever
also all my stock in trade brewing vessels barrels etc
wheras it is question whether i have a right to that copyhold tenement with garden and curtage and 7 acres of arable formerly in the tenure of john robinson and part of the manor of hungerford ingleford by virtue of copy of court roll of the said manor i bequeath the same to my wife
