will of robert rosier the elder of hungerford labourer, dated 27 december 1730
to my son john rosier £3
to my son thomas rosier and my daughter elizabeth cannon the wife of thomas cannon of hungerford £5 each
to my grand-daughters mary, alice and sarah rosier daughters of my son william rosier deceased £5 to be divided equally between them
to my said son thomas rosier my great brass pot, and one aish chest and also the bed bedstead rug and bolster on which my children used to lye
to my said daughter elizabeth, my pewter and one brass skillet
to my son joseph rosier my horse
to my sons thomas and joseph all my wearing apparell
to my son jospeh all the upper part of my dwelling house which i now live in next adjoining to a tenemant of john siney and half of the backside garden and close adjoining and half the common appertaining for his life and after his decease to my son robert, for him and his heirs forever.
to my son robert the lower part of my said dwelling house next adjoining to a tenament of my kinsman william rosier and the other half part of backside, garden etc, for his life and after his decease to ann now wife of my said son robert as long as she keep herself a widow in his name and after the decease or intermarriage to my said son robert his heirs and assigns forever.
