thomas hidden yeoman of chipping lambourne
To my sons thomas hidden and richard hidden 3 closes of arable meadow and pasture with the barn standing thereon situate in lambourne woodlands late the estate of william breen together with all trees etc as tenants in common. Also 34 acres and 3 roods of arable lying dispersed in thr common fields of chipping lambourne late the estate of robert farmer subject to the payment of £100 to be paid to my dau maria hidden one yeat after my decease. To my son orchard hidden and my dau mary choules 5s apiece. To my loving wife mary hidden the use and wearing of my household goods plate linen and furniture in the house where i now dwell for her life. after her decease to be divided equally between my sons thomas and richard. My cattle corn stock in husbandry etc to be divided equally between my sons thomas and richard who are to be joint executors.
