CLUTTON

  • Clutton was a township in Farndon ancient parish, Broxton hundred (SJ 4656), which became a civil parish in 1866.
  • It includes the hamlet of Shaw Green.
  • The population was 72 in 1801, 89 in 1851, 78 in 1901, 67 in 1951, and 259 in 2001.
