The Lordship of Highlow [in Hope Parish]
District includes Outseats and Offerton:-
"The whole of the two Hamlets of Outseats
& Offerton and the Lordship of Highlow including Birley,
Brookfield, Cowlcose, North Lees, Outlane, Upper Hirst, Nether Hirst,
Old School Thorp, Hathersage Lane, Gate House, Greens House, The Hill,
Sunny Bank Cottages, Callow Bottom, Outseats Village, Stanich, Garner
House, Offerton Village, Leadmill, Mount Pleasant and Highlow Village
and Longshaw Plantation in the Hamlet of Outseats"
