This transcription of the contents of the pro-forma SUMMARY for the households enumerated in 1861 is taken from photocopies (which I still have) of LDS microfilm #0542987, contributed most generously by Glenn Trezza.
A transcription of households in Stoney Middleton 1861 is available separately.

SUMMARY

In making this Summary, for EACH Parish or Township, write on one line the Number of Schedules, of Houses, and of their Inmates; on another line the Number of Persons who were in Barns, Sheds, or the like, in Tents, or in the open air, within the same Parish or Township, then insert the sum of the two lines. Barns, Sheds, Tents, &c. must not be reckoned as Houses; on the second line the columns for Houses will therefore be left blank.
The Summary to be continued, if the Enumeration District contains more than one Parish or Township, and in that case the Grand Total in the Enumeration District is to be inserted at the foot of the page.
