Politics and Government
- This place was a township in the parish of Burton-upon-Trent in Derby county and was incorporated as a seperate, modern Civil Parish in December, 1866.
- This parish was in the ancient Repton and Greasley Hundred (or Wapentake).
- This parish was abolished in March, 1904, and absorbed into Burton-on-Trent Civil Parish in Staffordshire.
