I Elizabeth WINDEATT of Bridgetown Berry Pomeroy in the County of Devon being now in full possession of all my senses do make this as my last Will and Testament I appoint my sister Mary WINDEATT as my Executrix and give to her the interest arising from all my property for the term of her natural life and after her death I direct the principal to be given as follows To my eldest nephew John WINDEATT one hundred pounds subject to a debt of fifty pounds to the children of the late Richard King Esquire of Plymouth To my niece Caroline WINDEATT one hundred pounds To my niece Harriet COLLIER wife of Mr. John COLLIER junior one hundred pounds To my niece Mrs. Richard KING one hundred pounds To my niece Elizabeth FOX wife of Mr. William Fox ten pounds To my nephew William Brown WINDEATT twenty pounds To Elizabeth WINDEATT relict of my late brother John Windeatt thirty pounds To Sophia Wilton WALLACE five pounds To William ELLIOTT and Wife five pounds

Codicil Should either of the aforenamed parties (John WINDEATT, Caroline WINDEATT, Harriet COLLIER, Mrs. Richard KING, Elizabeth FOX, William Brown WINDEATT, Elizabeth WINDEATT (widow), Sophia Wilton WALLACE, or William ELLIOTT and Wife to whom the aforementioned sums are given die before my sister Mary who is my Executrix the sums give to the said parties respectively I give to her my said sister as her own to dispose of as she may think fit
