This is the last Will and Testament of me, Thomas STEER of the parish of Bovey Tracey in the County of Devon, Blacksmith. First I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Joseph STEER, Carpenter, residing in Hind Street in Bovey Tracey the sum of Five Pounds. I give and bequeath unto my Nephews Jonas STEER, Shoemaker, Joseph CONIAM, Labourer, Thomas CONIAM, Stonemason, and unto my Niece, Elizabeth COLEMAN, Widow, the sum of Five Pounds each. Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister in law, Elizabeth STEER, Widow of my late Brother Nicholas STEER, the sum of Five Pounds. I also give and bequeath unto my niece Maria CONIAM, Widow, with whom I now reside, the sum of Fifteen Pounds. I also give and bequeath unto my nephew William STEER, Blacksmith, my Clock and also my Bed I now lie on with everything complete. I also will and direct that all the above named Legacies shall be paid by my Executors within six months after my decease. All the rest, remainder and residue of my monies, Goods, Chattels and Effects and all other the property whether real or personal of which I may die possessed or over which I may have any disposing power I give devise and bequeath unto my Nephews, John CONIAM, now residing at Torquay, Blacksmith, and Charles STEER of the parish of Bickington in the County of Devon, Blacksmith, And I do make nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephews John CONIAM and Charles STEER Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other will and wills at any time heretofore by me made and do declare this to be my last will and testament.
