BRADSTONE

[Description(s) from The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland (1868)]

"BRADSTONE, a parish in the hundred of Lifton, in the county of Devon, 4 miles to the S.E. of Launceston. Tavistock is its post town. It lies on the confines of Cornwall, on the eat bank of the river Tamar. The living is a rectory* in the diocese of Exeter, of the value of £204, in the patronage of the bishop. The church is dedicated to St. Nun."
