In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Symons of the parish of Bridestow in the County of Devon Gentleman being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) I Give and bequeath unto my Son John Cholwill Symons the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid him by my Executor hereinafter named within one year next after my decease I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Browning the wife of John Browning of Drewsteignton in the said County Yeoman the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid her by my said Executor within one year after my decease I Give and bequeath unto my Son William Symons the Sum of Ten Pounds to be paid him by my said Executor within one year after my decease. I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susanna Squire the wife of Thomas Squire late of Lewtrenchard in the said County Yeoman the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid her by my said Executor within one year after my decease. I Give and bequeath unto my Son Henry Symons the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid him by my said Executor within one Year next after my decease I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Squire the wife of James Squire of Broadwoodwidger in the said county the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be paid her by my said Executor within one year next after my decease I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Penelope Kennard the wife of William Kennard of Thrushelton in the said County Yeoman the Sum of Fifteen |---| The Mark T of Thomas Kennard |---| Pounds to be paid her by my said Executor within one Year next after my decease All the rest residue and remainder of my Estate Goods Chattels Money and Securities for Money and Effects whatsoever not herein before given and disposed of I Give and bequeath unto my Son Charles Symons to and for his own sole and absolute use and benefit he paying thereout my just Debts and funeral Expences And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Charles Symons sole Executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me made and declaring this only to be my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Symons the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Sixth day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight
