Will of Henry Tozer, Mariner

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Tozer of Brixham in the County of Devon Mariner I give and bequeath unto Joseph Salsbury Tozer of Brixham aforesaid Mariner and Thomas Adams of Brixham aforesaid Cordwainer all my Goods Chattels money and Securities for money and all other my personal Estate of whatever nature or kind the same and every part thereof unto the said Joseph Salsbury Tozer and Thomas Adams their Executors admors and assigns upon the trusts and for the intents and purposes concerning the same hereinafter mentioned concerning the same that is to say upon trust that they the said Joseph Salsbury Tozer and Thomas Adams their Executors admors and assigns do and shall in the first place pay off and discharge all my Debts the Expences Attending my ffuneral and the Expences Attending the proving of this my Will and after payment of the same do and shall stand and be possessed of the residue of the said trust premises and every part thereof In trust for my wife ffrances Tozer and my son and daughter Henry Tozer and Ann Tozer equally to be divided between them as Tenants in Common their heirs Executors admors and assigns and upon or for no other trust intent or purpose whatrsoever and Lastly for the purpose of enabling the said Joseph Salsbury Tozer and Thomas Adams to discharge the trusts hereby reposed in them by me I hereby appoint them the said Joseph Salsbury Tozer and Thomas Adams joint Executors of this my last Will & testament hereby revoking every former Will by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Tenth Day of July one thousand Eight hundred and thirteen Henry Tozer
