Baradon HalbertonCommitted by the Mayor of Totnes charged following robbing of one George White on the highwaie and takinge from him 17£ 11s in money. Committed by Thomas Baynell esq for stealing and takeing awaie of about 15£ in money from George White on the highwaie.
Nathaniel BurdCommitted by John Elford esq charged with the cutting and Ripping of a [pack] of wares of one George Larkyn and takeing out thereof 5£.12s.2d ½d or thereabouts in money of the said George Larkyn.
