The said James Leeson stands also charged with having received, within the last six weeks from Ann Simmons, a servant to William Watts of Devonport, gentleman, the sum of twelve shillings and eleven pence, the property of Edward Polkinghorn, his master, and having fraudulently embezzled and secreted the same.
