Andrew Barby | For persuading Benjamine Barby an apprentice with John Pratt to embezell the Goods of his Master. That by means of such persuasion Instigacon he did embezell 2 cocks 1 hen value 3d each and 7 cabbages of ye value of 2d which goods he unlawfully received and converted to his own use. |
