William Hocking gentFor permitting the hedges and fences of severall Lands called Suells Hams in Brindley to be so ruinous and in decay fo defect of repairacous That by means thereof they lay common with Lands of James Morrish next adjoining and his sheep and oxen and other cattle there Depasturing did run from one close to another and there did likely to happen between the said Hocking and Morrish and also suffered a common horse bridge in the highway there to be ruinous and broken so that the Kings Subjects cannot safely go over it and that ye said William Hocking by reason of his Tenure of Suells Hams ought to repair ye same.
