John CrockfordDetained by virtue of a warranr under the hands of William Turker and George Southcott esq's dated 6th March 1738 for stealing a Sorrell or Chestnut Nagg.
Richard CalvinCommitted 6th April 1739 by J. Cleveland esq and charged with the Murder of William Crosell gent and Robbing his house.
John WilliamsCommitted 7th April 1739 by Caleb Inglott esq on suspicion of breaking open Two houses.
Simon NeedsCommitted 2nd May 1739 by the Mayor of Tiverton on suspicion of breaking open a house.
Richard BondCommitted 5th May 1739 by Thomas Saltron esq on susition of stealing a ffatt weather sheep.

William LethbridgeCommitted 28th May 1739 by Robert Lucas esq for breaking open the parish Church of Rackenford in said County and out of the coffer there sacrilegiously taking and carrying away a silver Cup a silver Salver and the Ministers Surplice.
Robert PearceCommitted 7th June 1739 by Walter Ratcliffe esq on suspition of breaking open a house in the night time.
John SquireCommitted 15th June 1739 by the Reverend Mr. Peter Beavis on suspition of stealing a Game Cock.
Judith PawCommitted 25th June 1739 by J. Pyne esq for feloniously stealing a piece of Stampt Linnen.
William BaleCommitted 3rd July 1739 by Walter Ratcliffe esq and charged as a Deserter from a Regiment now lying in Gibralter.
