Edward Poynes | Committed by Sr Arthur Chichester Bart the 4th Aprill and charged for the fellonious stealing of severall yards of Bays out of the Tainer hooks, belonging to a Rack. |
John Cutmore | Committed by Samuel Wotton esq, ye 5th Aprill and charged upon Oath of stricking William Baker such a Violent blow some few hours after he dyed. |
John Hingston | Committed by Samuel Wotton esq ye 18th Aprill and charged upon Oath To have beaten and wounded Margaret his wife in such a manner that some few hours after she dyed. |
William Richards | Committed by Thomas Bury esq 26th Aprill and charged upon suspition of ffelony. |
Peter ffabine | Committed by Thomas Hiern Mayor of Okehampton 1st May, ffelonious taking and stealing One Silver Watch. |
