[comment - Guilty Verdict - to be whipped in Crediton on Saturday the 11th Inst between 10 & 3o'clock & imprisoned 1 month after in the Bridewell.
Josiah ffurse16th Aug 24th Geo 3rd for felony of stealing one Gander of the Val of 2s:2d the goods of a person unknown.
