James Williams aged 32 years Sarah Williams aged 33 years | Committed by Thomas Browne esq charged on the oaths of Richard Hines, and Sarah Gollop with having on the 15th March inst, feloniously stolen two Ducks the property of Thomas Gollop of Burlescombe. Warrant dated 16th march, 1810. [comment - James =Imprisoned 1week in Bridewell/Sarah = Acquitted]. |
Thomas Turner aged 30 years | Committed by Jonathan Williams clerk charged on the oaths of Robert Rundle and another with feloniously Stealing and carrying away from the Warehouse of the said Robert Rundle in the Parish of Stoke Damerel a Quantity of Copper the property of the said Robert Rundle and of the value of Eight Shillings or thereabouts. Warrant dated 31st March, 1810. [comment - Imprisoned 3 months in Bridewell]. |
Mary Stewart aged 32 years | Committed b y Jonathan Williams clerk charged on the oath of Honor Hollett with violently assaulting and Beating her the said Honor Hollett. Warrant dated 19th April, 1810. [comment -to be Imprisoned one week]. |

Robert Trice aged 46 years | Committed by Duke Young clerk charged upon the oath of Amos Morgan with a violent suspicion of having Burglariously broken open his Dwelling House in the Parish of Modbury in the night of the 20th inst and stealing Bacon and other Goods. Warrant dated 23rd April, 1810. |
Alice Lakeman aged 29 years | Committed by virtue of a warrant from the Right Honourable Lord Ellenborough for obstructing an officer of the Customs in the execution of his Duty. Warrant dated 29th March, 1810. |
