This is the last Will and Testament of me Susanna Yolland of Crediton in the County of Devon Spinster I give and bequeath unto my dear Mother as a token of respectful remembrance the sum of ten pounds Also I give and bequeath to my dear Brother the Revd John Yolland the sum of one hundred pounds and to my dear Sister Alicia Yolland the sum of one hundred pounds the said several legacies to be paid by my Executrixes at the expiration of two years after my decease all my share estate and interest in the messuage tenement and farm called Crenford with the lands and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in the Parish of Drewsteignton in the County of Devon and all other my lands tenements and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate I give and devise unto and to the use of my dear Sisters ffrances Bond Yolland Elizabeth Yolland and Alicia Yolland and their several and respective heirs and assigns for ever as tenants in common and all my monies securities for money and all other my Personal Estate (subject to my debts and legacies) I give and bequeath the same unto my two Sisters ffrances Bond Yolland and Elizabeth Yolland equally share and share alike and to their respective executors administrators and assigns as tenants in common And I do hereby appoint Sisters ffrances Bond Yolland and Elizabeth Yolland Executrixes of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Susanna Yolland have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight _ Susanna Yolland
