In the Name of God Amen I Jane Jago of Dartmouth in the County of Devon widow being weake of body but of perfect memory praised be Almighty God Revoaking all former wills and Testaments doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following And first I bequeath my Soule into the hands of my Redeemer who hath bought it with his precious blood and my body unto Christian buriall Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandsonn Walter Jago the sume of fifty pounds with one bed and bedding perform'd and also I give him his grandfather Jagoes signet gold ring and alsoe those debts I have paid for him Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson Samuel Jago the sume of thirty pounds Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandsonn Arthur Prideaux the sume of tenn pounds when he shall accomplish the age of twenty one yeares Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson Walter Prideaux the sume of fifty pounds which sume is to remain in the hands of my sonn in Lawe George Dottin untill he shall accomplish the age of twenty one yeares when it shall be paid him Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca Jago all my right title and interest for a certain terme of yeares to come in a house on the new key now in the possession of Mr John Sweakes with some chambers belonging to the said house now voyd as also those chambers in which Thos Hawkins now liveth I say the whole Tenemt separate from my daughter Elizth Parnell as it is now some time since devided by my deced husband Walter Jago Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Hawkins the summe of fourty shillings starling money Item I give and bequeath unto Margaret Bond the sume of twenty shillings starling money Item I give and bequeath unto my cousin Elizabeth Dotton the summe of tenn pounds starling money Item I give and bequeath unto my grandsonn Walter Jago and to my sonn in Lawe George Dottin my one quarter part of the shipp Sampson with the one quarter part produce of her voyage Item I give unto the poor of the Towne of Dartmouth the sume of tenn pounds to be distributed at the discretion of my Executors and for all the remainder of my goods and chattels not here mentioned or expressed I give them all unto my three daughters vizt. Elizabeth Parnell Sarah Dottin and Rebecca Jago who I make my joynt Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament as witness my hand and Seale this fourth day of September Anno Dm One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety One 1691 Item I give to my daughter in Law Alice Badiford tenn pounds Jane Jago Signed sealed and acknowledged in the presence of us John Holdich John Poole John Wills
