This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary fflashman of the City of Exeter Spinster I give and bequeath unto Robert Cornish the Younger of the City of Exeter builder his Executors and administrators all and singular my Personal Estate Effects and Property whatsoever and wheresoever situate which I now have or shall become possessed of hereafter for his and their own use absolutely subject to the payment of my funeral expences and I appoint the said Robert Cornish the Younger Executor of this my last Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the fourteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and twenty one _ Mary Flashman
