I Mary Mallett of the City of Exeter Grocer do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in the first place I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God and my Body to be decently interred and as for my Goods and Effects I dispose of it in the following manner in the first place (after my lawful Debts are paid) I give unto my Daughter Mary Woolcombe one hundred Pounds and unto my Daughter Jane Withers two hundred Pounds and unto my Daughter Sarah Mallett one Hundred and fifty Pounds and I also give and bequeath unto my Grand Son James and unto my Grand Daughters ffrances and Mary White twenty five Pounds to each and also to my Grand Daughter Jane Withers twenty five Pounds the residue of my Goods chattels and Effects I give and bequeath unto my Son John Mallett whom I constitute and appoint my Executor In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty eighth Day of October in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and fifty one Mary Mallett Signed sealed and declared in the presence of Sam: Stephens _ John Densham
