In the name of God Amen I Richard Kelland late of the City of Exeter Gent being sick and weake in body but of sound and perfect minde and memory thankes be God Doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following Imprimis I commit my soule into the hands of Almighty God trusting to the meritts of Jesus Christ for Salvation Item I give to my Mother Three pounds to buy her a ring and three pounds to my brother West to buy him a ring And I give to my Landlord John Bligh and his wife Twenty shillings apeece to buy them Rings And I give to the Poore Twenty pounds And also I give to my Nurse Alice Clifford Two Guineas And lastly I give devise and bequeath to my Brother Walter Kelland and his heires All my estate whatsoever whom I make my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Witnesse my hand and seale this first day of Aprill Anno Dm One thousand six hundred eighty five Richard Kelland Sealed and published in the presence of John Blythe the signe of Alice Clifford Peter Carew
