In dei nomine amen. Quartadecima die mensis Februarii Anno Millesimo quingentesimo vicesimo octavo, Ego Thomas Pasmore compos mentis et sane memorie condo testamentum meum in hunc modum In primis do et lego animam meam omnipotenti deo, Corpusque meum sacre sepulturum infra cimiterium ecclesiae parochialis Omnium Sanctorum de Hyebray. Item lego Instauro Omnium Sanctorum predicto ecclesia duodecim oves. Item lego Joanni filio meo meum plaustrum optimum. Residuum vero omnium bonorum meorum superius non legatorum do et lego Thomazi[n]e Uxori meo, quam ordino facio ac constituto meam veram et legittimam executricem Ut ipsa disponat bona mea ut fuit pro salute anime mee ut sibi melius expedire. Hiis testibus Thoma Mogryge et Willelmo Muxworthy cum aliis.

Probatum fuit testamentum suprascripti defuncti coram prefatis commissariis in ecclesia Cathedrali domini Pauli Londoniensi die xxo mensis Marcii anno domini millesimo quingentesimo xxviiio. Jurament'Thomazi[n]e Relicte et executricis in huiusmodi testamento nominata. In persona Ricardi ffelde procuratoris sui in hac parte &c approbatum et insumatum Et commissa fuit administratio auctoritate prefatorum [             ] patrum omnium et singulorum bonorum Jurium et creditorum dicti defuncti prefati executrici. In persona dicti procuratoris De bene et fideliter adminstrandum &c de pleno et fideli In [    ] secundo die post festum Ascencionis Domini prox[ ] futur[    ] exhibitandum necnon de plano & vero compoto reddendum Ad sancta dei evangelia in debita iuris forma jurat


In the name of God Amen. The fourteenth day of February in the Year One thousand five hundred and twenty eight, I Thomas Passmore being of sound mind and good memory make my testament in manner following. First I give and bequeath my soul to almighty God, and my body to be buried in the churchyard of All Saints' parish church of High Bray. Item I bequeath for the restoration of the aforesaid church of All Saints twelve sheep. Item I bequeath to my son John my best cart. The residue of all my goods not hereinbefore bequeathed I give and bequeath to my wife Thomazin whom I ordain make and constitute my true and legitimate executrix so that she may dispose of my goods for the benefit of my soul as is best to her. With these witnesses Thomas Mogryge and William Muxworthy with others.

The testament of the above named deceased was proved before the aforesaid Commissaries in the church of the lord Paul in London the 20th day of March in the year one thousand five hundred and twenty-eight by the oath of Thomazin relict and executrix named in the testament, in the person of Richard Field her agent in this matter &c approved and confirmed And the Administration of all and singular the goods rights and credits of the said deceased was by the authority of the aforesaid granted to the aforesaid executrix to administer well and faithfully and to exhibit a full and faithful Inventory on the second day after the Feast of the Ascension of the Lord next coming and also a plain and true account to be returned having been sworn in due form on the holy gospel
