I Philip Bagwell of Honiton in the County of Devon do hereby make and publish this as and for my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath the Tenement Cottage or Dwellinghouse wherein I now reside together with the Garden and all outbuildings thereunto belonging and of which I hold possession and all my other Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever (and that without [let]? hindrance or molestation of any kind or from any person or persons whatsoever) unto my Wife Charlotte Bagwell for her own sole and separate use for and during the term of her natural life and I do hereby appoint the said Charlotte Bagwell my wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament _ In Witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty four ___________ The mark + of Philip Bagwell (Seal) ___________ Signed and published by the above named Philip Bagwell as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnefes thereto ___________Eliza Hooper__________Richard Drew [Jun]? __________David Pryce
