Probate Copy of the Will of John Cuming, of Modbury, 1811

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Cuming of Modbury in the County of Devon Carpenter I give and devise unto my Sons John Cuming and Richard Cuming All that Messuage or Tenement and Herbgarden with the Appurtenances wherein I now live situate on the Eastern Side of a certain Street called Brownston Street, within the Borough and Parish of Modbury aforesaid To Hold the same unto my said Sons John Cuming and Richard Cuming equally to be divided between them as Tenants in Common and not as Joint tenants and to their several and respective Heirs and Assigns forever And I give and bequeath all and singular my Monies Goods Chattels and personal and testamentary Estate whatsoever unto my Wife Ann Cuming whom I make and constitute whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Twentieth Day of February in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Four./.
