This is the last will and testament of me John Squire Senior of Sugworthy in the Parish of Roborough in the County of Devon I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Elizabeth Squire during her life the cottage and premises called Passmores Lodge in High Bickington belonging to me as leaseholder, and after her decease I desire that the said property shall descend to John Squire and Drusilla Squire being childrenof my son William squire the profits therefrom to be equally divided between them. The residue and remainder of my property I give unto my said daughter Mary Elizabeth Squire whom I appoint Executrix of this Will. As witness my hand this day the 4th April 1893

Signed by the above named John squire as his Last Will in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
