In the Name of God Amen I Charles Roe of the Parish of Southtawton Devon Gent being weak in Body but of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be God do this twenty second day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following (viz) first I give to my Sister Elizabeth Roe £1000 3 Per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities also I give to my Sister Anne Roe £1000 3 Per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities also I give to my Sister Mary Hindley £200 3 Per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities also I give to Isaac Hindley her Husband £200 3 Per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities also I give to my Brother John Roe £800 3 Per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities also I give to my Brother Henricus Ottavus Roe £800 3 Per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities also I give to the Poor of the Parish of Stotfold Bedfordshire fifty pounds 3 Per Cent Cons'd Bank Annuities to be sold out and transferred and the produce or amount paid to them respectively within six months next after my decease also all the rest and Residue of my goods Chattels and Personal Estate I give to my said Brother Henricus Ottavus Roe whom I make and ordain sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said Charles Roe have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the day and year above written Charles Roe
