October the twenty fifth one thousand and Eight Hundred and Eight. A Preamble of one in health in [S...]

In the Name of god Amen. I Francis Squire of the Parish of St giles in the County of Devon being in Perfect Health and [written over 'sick but'] of sound mind memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory Life do Make Publish and Declare This my last Will and Testament in Manner and forme following [?]

I give and bequeath to my Dagter Betty one Hundred Pound to be paid to Shee at the End of twelve calander months after my Decease and allso five ginnes a [?] in the [?] to be paid at my decease and allso the large glass in the Parlor if shee Day before the money is peable and nots marred it shall go to her brothers and sisters in Equle Shars

I give and bequeath to my Dagter Jane Sixty Pounds fifty pounds to be paid at the end of twelve calander months after my decease and ten pound hath bin Receved all Redey which make Sixty

I give and bequeath to my Dagter grace Fiftey Pounds to be paid to Shee at the end of twelve calander months after my decease and allso five pounds to bring her Dagter Frances to her one Bisness at the end of seven yere old

I give and bequeath to my Dagter Frances Sixtey Pounds to be paid to Shee at the end of twelve calander months after my decease and allso a Cheanea Ponih Bason if Shee day before the money is peable it go to the her last for [written over 'the children']

I give Divise and bequeath to my three sons Robert Francis and John to gether and singler [written over ' their Heirs and Assigns as ( ? ) in comion] all them three Dwelling Houses and garden of free Hold Land now being situated in Willstreet in great Torrington Devon

I give and Divise to my son Robert the House and garden belonging that now George Baker the tenant Liveth in During his natrel life and [..after] him his sons lawfull born or on born for ever and if aney [?] Defoath it shall go to my son Hary and his sons for ever

I give and Devise and bequeath to my son Francis the House of freehold Land that now Athor Iewin the tenant liveth in to gether with the garden there to belonging During his natrel Life and him to give to his sons after him which he think propper for ever

I give and devise and bequeath to my son John the House and garden of free hold Land that he now liveth in During his natrel life and Him to give after him to which [written over 'of his sons'] he think proper for ever

I give and bequeath to my son Harry the house I now live in and gardens there to belongin which I hold by Lease from Lord John Rolle situated in Kinscott in the parish of St Giles to hold to him During his naturl Life and sons lawfull born During the remender of my Estate and Intrusts therein if him Mary [written over 'and day'] and no childring it shall go to the other two lifes to gether or singler and the widow to live in the House ontill the younger life is twenty one yers old if Shee bide onemarred

I give my son Harry the Bead and all performed that I now Layon

I give to Graces oldest Child Francis five pounds to be paid by my Executors in the time of her of her [?] shop for finding her close to her Mother

Signed Sealed I give my Dresser and Clock to my son Henry I give my leasehold working shop to my son Francis during my [?]

All the Rest Residue and Rem.re of my Goods Chattles & Effects and real and freehold [written over' Estate'] give devise and bequeath unto my four sons Robert Francis John and Henry their Heirs Exars Admers and Assigns [written over' as tenants in common'] subject to the payment of my Debts Legacies and funeral expences and I appoint them Exars of this my last Will and Testament which is contained in three sides of this sheet of paper hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of Jany 1810
