This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Frost of Tiverton in the County of Devon I give All my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever which I may die possessed of or entitled to (subject to the payment of any just debts which I may owe and the expences of my funeral and of Proving my Will if necessary) to Mr Thomas Washbourne Gibbs of Bath Gentleman Upon trust to divide the same equally between my brother Edward Frost and my Sister Maria Frost for their own absolute use and benefit The share of my said Sister to be paid into her own hands or as she may by writing signed by her direct for her own sole and separate use free from the debts and control of any husband And I appoint the said Thomas Washbourne Gibbs Executor of this my Will and hereby revoke all former Wills by me made As witness my hand this Twenty ninth day of January One thousand eight hundred and fifty five _ Ann Frost
