Will of Joanna Sleep, widow, 1802.

Henry Hearder, Susanna Cole, Joanna Clampit and Jane Cole, nephew and nieces, joint executor and executrixes.

Legatees.

Radcliff ______? Nephew, all that messuage and tenement called Townsend otherwise Oldridge's Tenement, situate in East Budleigh, Devon, until his brother James _______ ? or any of his descendents shall return to England, then the same is given to the said James ________? or his descendents during the Testatrix's interest, but if neither the said James _______? or his descendents shall return, then to the said Radcliff ________? during the Testatrix's interest.

Radcliff ________? , nephew, Catherine Knott?, niece. £100 each six months after the Testatrix's death charged on a Freehold Estate.

Susanna Cole and Joanna Clampit and Jane Cole, wife of Thomas Cole, mariner, nieces, £120 each, twelve months after the Testatrix's death, charged on a Freehold Estate.

Jane Cole, aforesaid, niece, a Leasehold tenement in Tormoham aforesaid in which the Testatrix lived during all her interest, and all the goods, jewels, rings, plate, china and books.

Residual Legatees. Henry Hearder, Susanna Cole, Joanna Clampit and Jane Cole. Nephew and nieces. All the residue.
