• Elizabeth Janson's web site includes her 12-year study of the document Religious Affiliations Census of Tetbury in 1735 (source document D566 Z11, held in Gloucestershire Records Office, dated Oct 24 1737). This is - in effect - a census of households at that time, and has been fully indexed, by household, and by individual surnane. Elizabeth's site is a MUST to visit, if your ancestors were living in Tetbury in the early 18th century. And even if they weren't, it is a most interesting study in its own right, with abundant material for One-Name Studies, &c.
