BOULSTONE, Herefordshire - Extract from National Gazetteer, 1868

[Description(s) from The National Gazetteer (1868)]
"BOULSTONE, (or Bolstone), a parish in the upper division of the hundred of Wormelow, in the county of Hereford, 6 miles to the S. of Hereford. The Hereford, Ross, and Gloucester railway passes near it. It is situated in a fertile and pleasant district on the west side of the river Wye. The living is a perpetual curacy annexed to the vicarage of Hom-Lacy, in the diocese of Hereford."
