Manors
- The manor at Bosbury was the favourite retreat of Bishop Richard de Swinfield of Hereford. He became Bishop of Hereford in 1283, succeeding Thomas de Canteloupe. He also owned Prestbury Park (near Cheltenham, in Gloucestershire). The manor house is gone now, but the land is now occupied by Cheltenham Race Course.
