  Published as a limited edition in 2001, and digitally printed by Parchment (Oxford) Ltd, this 120-page booklet may be available by Inter-Library Loan. There are brief summaries of pre-history, the Roman period, and Medieval times but most of the book relates to the past 200 years. Its chapter headings are:-
