These transcriptions are from photocopies (which I still have) of microfilm viewed at Hereford Central Library. Whilst I have taken every care to transcribe accurately, mistakes are possible, especially as I am not a native of Herefordshire, and I am not too familiar with local place names. Transcriber's Note(s) :
[1] I transcribed the surname originally as BLUCOWE; however closer inspection of the return revealed it as BLENCOWE. Peter Gramer BLENCOWE was Donnington's Curate, and was recorded as such between 1822 and 1830 when he was officiating at baptisms. According to Alumni Oxoniensis he was the son of Samuel BLENCOWE, of Marston St Lawrence (NTH), and baptised 22 Oct 1794.
