"THRUXTON, a parish in the hundred of WEBTREE, county of HEREFORD, 6 miles (S.W. by W.) from Hereford, containing 54 inhabitants. The living is a discharged rectory, united to the vicarage of Kingstone, in the peculiar jurisdiction of the Dean of Hereford, rated in the king's books at £4. 8.4.
