"ORTON-LONGUEVILLE, a parish in the hundred of NORMAN-CROSS, county of HUNTINGDON, 2 miles (s.w. by W.) from Peterborough, containing 213 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, to which that of Botolph-Bridge was united in 1721, in the archdeaconry of Huntingdon, and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £12. 6. 5., and in the patronage of the Earl of Aboyne. The church is dedicated to the Holy Trinity."
